LEADERSHIP AND FAMILY SEMINAR SERIES.

Boston, MA, October 12, 2015– Dr. Thomas Idiculla will conduct his next mission trip from October 20 to November 2, 2015. The main purposes of this short term trip are to conduct leadership, family and youth seminars in various cities in India and Kuwait. These events are organized in partnership with voluntary organizations, and educational organizations in India. The purpose of this trip is to bring leaders, counselors, professionals, Pastors, parents, students, parents, and others around and responding to the challenging needs of our families. The trip theme, "Counseling as a Mission," challenges the participants and focuses on three major areas: challenges facing our generation, role of counseling in strengthening families, and training of leaders. This trip provides a great opportunity to interact with other counselors and will feature the latest resources and approaches to equip the participants in the areas of marriage, parenting, and mental health. Through compassionate counseling, research, and innovative educational programs, together we can make a profound difference in the lives of many individuals, families, churches and communities.

Despite a packed schedule as director of Mental Health Services Evaluation at McLean, and Harvard Medical School Faculty in psychiatry, Dr. Idiculla, is a counselor, seminar speaker, pastor, and missionary at heart. As founder and president of Agape Partners International (API), Dr. Idiculla has used his most of his weekends and vacation time to seminars, counseling ministry in USA, and mission trips to India to conduct family seminars and leadership seminars in cities. In addition he provides free confidential premarital and marital counseling thru Agape Partners International. Hundreds of couples have been helped through the counseling ministry. Every other weekend he travels to various cities for conducting family or leadership seminars. Dr. Idiculla said, “The social issues and the counseling needs among the Indian community have grown significantly in the last decade. The leadership and family seminars give an opportunity for us to interact with leaders in India and to respond to the issues confronting young people and families. Leadership seminars address challenges facing Indian community and effective ways to address these challenges using counseling. We have an unparalleled opportunity and potential to impact lives of families who are going through difficult situations by helping them wisely, humbly and effectively.
