i don't think we want a big election, are we the children of god, does the bible says about the election, in a big way . it is for money show that they are spending on this, please look to other denominations eg- ag, church of god, they don't take big elections, instead the general council will itself selects some good leaders, who can do well in leadership. and the general council memebers should have a goal, and vision and don't go money, money ,money, please this is too bad, i don't think ipc needs a big election , k c john should not be the general council memeber or any other state council memeber or president, he doesn't have leadership qualities, even though he is chairman of powervision tv, i don't think so, he has the leadership qualities, what's the purposes of state council? money is not the factor of everything,, we need to show kindness, to other people,

this is not good enough, A Leader is someone who encourages, who teaches , who does the work rightly, within the boundary, i don't think so these leaders have done that , at present state councils members have not done anything, . we need to show love to others also , we need to have a good leaders, who can motivate others,in spiritual and faith, i am not satisified with elections ,when we consider other denominations fereign churches, they doesn't election, instead the General Council itself selcts the people to come to the position, i think we don't want the election vote, like banners everywhere in the ground it is like politics . general council will itself selects some extra good leaders acroos the state

Rajan has put together a very good and generalized commentary in regards to the ongoing situation of many Christian denominations. The lack of understanding and pure faith in Jesus Christ possibly made us into a “doubtful Thomas syndrome”.

When we read the faith life of great
men and women of God everywhere in the world of the olden days, our faith was
doubled and turned solid.
About 50 or 60 years back, the Pentecostal leaders in Kerala had to live by faith alone, even at times to put food on the
table for the crying children. That life of faith inspired the believers.
But, now there is no need of faith because everything is already on the table. So, a great spiritual deterioration has deeply taken place, on the other hand politics and business have
taken control of the former faith arena.
Why now many Christians are greatly
concerned with trusts/foundations etc?
It is not the Holy Spirit in those
organizations, but money is playing the game! While desperate financial needs are visible, how anybody can store money in those foundations and trusts etc? Beware, those who are holding to the "money power" will be faced with dirty challenges and scorching questi

the leader of the church should be----- the holy spirit. the church should be run by spirit-filled servants of god. they should be nominated unanimously based on their reputation and competency in the christian spiritual arena and not by electoral process, just like in the political field, we are not trying to groom any politicians here, are we ? at the same time i am not adverse to the idea of having few representation in the kerala assembly, so that we can raise our voice there, just in case if there is a need to it. what i mean to say is politics, if at all, should be outside the church and not inside and also we can send some noisy ones to the kerala assembly, let them make noise there, we at the same time can have peaceful committee meetings at kumbanad.this is possible, we christians are a sizable number in kerala now. the nomination for the church can be from believers too not just from the priesthood, provided the believers can devote full-time into the church administration !!
