This is so rediculous. State and General Council fighting each other and these leaders will switch their chairs between these councils. Jesus said if one nation fight within, it can't survive. It is true in this case. If you are looking for a systamatic church, please stop accusations, and try to compromise. Cry for our leaders with no holy spirit.
