Many of these present Center pastors came to this position by influence and money. Many do not deserve this position. Some of them are living abroad It is a shame for our church that, They serve as president General secretary, Vice president Center Pastor. How they can serve the church. We all must repent and go forward Biblical way. Forget about position and power serve our Lord. Let all these position have one term and must be given to the deserving people. Not more than two times in executive position. Some center pastors try to appoint their children. If they are spiritually qualified and support the ministry it is good for the church.

Yes, absolutely right all these Center Pastors, building their own Kingdom. Nothing doing to establish God`s Kingdom. Its a special type of business and also they think all Centers are their inheritance. Its good all should transfer every three years and and should not come back to old Center.

I thinks all these center pastors should be transferred to different center atleast every 7 years and the Center General body should elect the new center pastor. Then only we can solve the biggest problem of IPC. Makkal politics should be stopped in IPC forever. FOREVER..

These Center Pastors are ordaining (Vaazhiykkal) their son or son in law as their successors in this era of democaracy. Most of these associates have no spiritual life. Some of them are "glassmates" with local people.

Halleeelujah.. Many IPC center pastors think the center is their naatturajyam and they were collecting chunkam(tax) from the poor local pastors for transfer. Now the center pastors going to pay the money back to local pastors to elect them. Haleelujah.. koduthal kumbanattum kittum...
